We accept PayNow, Stripe (credit/debit cards), and manual payment instructions when applicable.
Orders are processed quickly and cannot be changed once confirmed. Please check all details before checkout.
If your order is placed on hold (e.g. due to mint condition requests), and we receive no response within 48 hours, your order may be cancelled. Stock and pricing will not be reserved.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, and delivered within 1–4 working days depending on courier and location.
Yes, self-collection is available by appointment only. Please contact us after placing your order.
We only ship within Singapore by default. For international shipping, email us with your item list and destination, and we’ll assess feasibility and provide a quote if approved.
Once your parcel is handed to the courier, we are not liable for delays or damage. Please contact the courier directly. We may assist where possible but cannot guarantee resolution.
Product Condition & Packaging
We do not guarantee “mint” or “perfect” condition items. Minor imperfections such as dents or creases may occur and are not considered defects.
We do not accept any requests for mint or perfect condition. Orders with such notes will be placed on hold until we receive confirmation that you accept our standard policy.

Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. Returns are only accepted in rare cases, such as wrong item sent or damage due to our error.
Free gifts must be returned in unused condition if the main order is returned. They are not eligible for refund, exchange, warranty, or replacement, even if damaged.
A clear, uncut video showing the sealed parcel being opened is required. This must be submitted within 24 hours of receipt.
Free gifts must be untampered and returned in unused condition. If damaged or missing, we may deduct their value from your refund or reject the return.

No. Only one discount code or promotion can be applied per order, unless otherwise stated.
No. Discounts and pricing are platform-specific. We do not apply codes or match prices across different sales channels.
